This plan is for all runners, from those beginning run training to marathon training to the Boston Qualifier! Training is $25 a week (built for any length of time) and is built in 3-week blocks to adjust to the runner as they progress, to allow for maximum growth in pace and endurance, while avoiding injury and over-training. This plan comes with weekly check-ins after the long run of the week, as well as text support, as needed, during business hours 6am to 6pm Pacific. This plans also provides for changes on an on-going basis as life tosses curve balls! This plan is built in Training Peaks. Training Peaks has an app that can be downloaded for free and you can take your training with you!
